Make your own Organic Herbal Tea Blend.
To make your own
organic herbal tea blend is easy and most rewarding. It can be very inexpensive if you happen to have a handful of lovely herbs already growing in your garden. Drying your herbs is also relatively straightforward. You can place your fresh herbs on a dry well-ventilated frame or bunch together and hang up-side down, out of the sun. They look lovely hanging from a front verandah. Once they are dried out you can place them in a glass or ceramic jar with airtight lids and use as required. You will of course need a teapot or tea ball, the larger the better.
Tip: When making your own herbal tea blend be sure to read up or get to know what properties the individual herbs have.
Once you have chosen some herbs for your herbal tea recipe do a little experimenting with the taste and strength of the tea. The measurements of herbs are flexible depending on the freshness and strength of the herbs, you may just need to add or subtract certain amounts.
